RETURN POLICY
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
- Product must be unused with tag(s) and in new condition.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.SeaHawkSoap.net. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. You will have to send the product on our address and also you have to pay the shipping fee as well. Once we received the item after checking it if its meet the criteria that have been mentioned above. We will refund your money back.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products can be exchanged with the new ones you like. If you don't the like the item you ordered you can just send it back and get the new one. The above conditions will also be applied.

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
